Prior Year Actuals
Enter your real recorded annual gross revenue for past years. This is what feeds the "Actual Annual Gross by Year" chart on the Dashboard — the current year is always calculated live from the Customers page, but past years have to be entered by hand since that's the only accurate source.
Backups
A dated copy of all your data is automatically saved to the same SharePoint folder once per day (kept for 60 days, older ones are cleaned up automatically). You can also grab a copy to your own computer any time — handy right before making a big change.
